The band really hasn't varied their style much from album to album, opting to stick to, and perfect, a formula for success that has served them well thus far. In a rather stunning move, the band parted ways with Tarja, citing business and personal differences. The announcement apparently was a surprise to Tarja herself, who now intends to move on to other projects.
