The Veritas Real Estate Group is a licensed mortgage broker and real estate school in the state of Florida and our company is pleased to make available a variety of products to the Florida Mortgage Broker and Real Estate students. Currently we teach the 24 hour mortgage licensing class once a month on a weekend in a classroom setting in Ft. Lauderdale since the state does not allow internet or correspondence classes for this course. The 14 hours of mortgage continuing education can be taken in any form and we offer it as a download from this site. The student must complete the exam at the end of the book, pass with a score of 75% or better and fax back the answer key with their name, telephone number, email address and social security number on the form. If they fail to pass the exam after two attempts, they must purchase the course again. Upon passing the exam the student will be emailed their continuing education certificate that they should print and keep in their files for 4 years.
The 63 hour real estate sales associate pre-licensing course is held Monday - Friday evenings 6PM - 10PM for 3 weeks. There is a class exam which the student must pass in order to take the state exam.br>
No refunds are given once the classroom course has started or if the student is a no-show and fails to cancel before the start of the course. No refunds are given for the continuing education courses once the material has been emailed to the student.
