James G Biddle 21159 Major Megger Tester. Overall appearance is very good. Missing feet but no flaws in plastic case other than a lot of dirt. Front panel markings are very good. Meter appearance is excellent, needle moves freely full scale with no binding. Carry case is solid except top hinge is gone & it's filthy. Includes a 32 page instruction manual.
