Collins 180V-2 Antenna Coupler. Attached tag is marked "Excess", it appears to be new, unused. Overall appearance is excellent except for a little dirt. Inside appearance is new. Metal case shows no indication that it has ever been used, just needs cleaning. The most noticeable flaw on the whole unit is that the gasket around the lid has deteriorated. Chassis is spotless.
