No chips or significant scratches on the painted metal case. Front panel is excellent. Original power cord is excellent. Label on bottom is excellent. Didn't pull the chassis but looking through the I see only a little dirt, no rust. I had it up to 20 V at 3A in test, no noise other than fan, no excess heat.
