RCA 45-EY-3 tube type 45 RPM Phonograph. Overall appearance is very good to excellent, it's hardly dirty. No cracks, chips or significant scratches on the brown Bakelite case. Handle is very good except for a split on one end (see pic). Original power cord is very good but the plug is starting to crack. Tape residue around feet on bottom. Label inside is very good. There is a small spot on the gold deck that looks like rust. Didn't pull the chassis. Mechanism worked in a brief test but loud hum. It feels like there is a cartridge installed but I feel no needle.
