Collins 312B-5 Station Control. Overall appearance is very good to excellent. Metal case needs a little cleaning and has scratches here and there but no significant flaws. Front panel is excellent, markings excellent. Dial & dial cover are excellent. Meter is excellent. Connecting cable is very good. Chassis is a little dirty, no rust. Not tested.
