All orders between November 2011 to April 2012 are considered pre-orders. Production begins sometime in April(usually), and delivery on pre-orders is first come first served. These are sacred sculptures, they take time to make. I order material/stones/resin/metals based on pre-orders, therefore all preorders are non-refundable because I purchase supplies on a per-order basis.
