Emerson 558 tube type portable AM radio- battery only. Overall appearance is very good. No cracks, chips or significant scratches on the ivory plastic case just needs cleaning & polish. Ivory plastic top is slightly bowed but otherwise very good. Grille cloth, dial, knobs & antenna excellent. Painted front panel has scratches along right edge but otherwise is very good. Handle is very good. Label inside is fair. Some rust on chassis around the D cell holder, otherwise chassis is clean. Not tested. Requires one 67.5 Volt batt & 1 D cell. Royal Star tube type AM radio. Japanese. Overall appearance is very good other than dirt. I see no cracks or chips on the pink plastic case but it needs a good cleaning and polish. I cleaned the worst spot easiy with just a damp rag. Back is excellent. Dial markings are very good. Label on bottom is half gone. Didn't pull the chassis but looking through the back I see little or no visible chassis rust. Not working, no tubes. Probably takes 12BE6, 12BA6, 12AV6, 35W4 & 50C5. Motorola 57CS-1A AM tube clock radio with 1100W switched AC outlet in rear. Overall appearance is good to very good but filthy. I see no cracks or chips on the black Bakelite case but it needs a good cleaning and polish. Back is excellent. Clock face and clock cover are very good. Didn't open it up, can't see much. Easily tuned several stations in a brief test, little hum. Clock works, clock knobs function properly but the knobs (not the shafts) are both broken. (The yellow spot seen in picture near the 6 is debris from the broken knob) Plastic. Approximate size in inches 6H, 15W, 5D. GE A63 tube type AM radio, standard broadcast + 1 SW band covering 5.5 to 16mc. Overall appearance is very good to excellent. Wood cabinet is solid with original finish. 1-2 spots on black trim need touchup. Right side of cabinet has 2- 1/8" holes drilled in it which can be handled easily. Other than that it may need a little scratch remover & then polish. Grille cloth is excellent. Dial is excellent. Label inside is very good. Speaker cone looks excellent from the rear. Little or no visible chassis rust. There have been holes drilled in the chassis rear, probably to mount a phono input connector which has since been removed. This has definitely been restored electrically, new caps, new cord & an IF can added on top of chassis. Easily tuned many stations on both bands in a brief, no hum, a little tinny but great volume. Arvin 441T tube type AM " Hopalong Cassidy " radio. This is the early "raised hoof" model. The front foil appears to be an original, it's not perfect but is excellent. Overall appearance of the radio is excellent. Metal case has been repainted red. It's a very smooth finish, not a perfect paint job but is excellent. Grille cloth is excellent. Knobs need cleaning but the metal inserts are not rusted or pitted. The volume knob has some small dents in the insert but nothing serious. Repainted back is excellent. Chassis has little or no visible chassis rust. The radio was sold to me as restored cosmetically & electrically Easily tuned a couple stations, little hum. The antenna is much longer than the original but the striping on it almost looks like the original. Full antenna length was needed to get reception. Approximate size in inches 8W, 4D, 5H. No cracks or chips on the burnt orange plastic case. It may need buffing for some minor light scratches & other marks. Handle is excellent. Grille cloth is excellent. Dial and brass dial screw are excellent. Dial markings are excellent except for very minor wear on "55". Both battery doors are excellent. Chassis excellent, very clean & complete. No rust. Mitchell 1260 "Lumitone" radio / lamp tube type AM radio. Sometimes referred to as the Rocket lamp. Overall appearance is very good. I see no cracks or chips on the ivory painted Bakelite case, just some paint chips. Dial is excellent. Didn't open it up but looking through the openings I see no visible chassis rust. Easily tuned many stations from one end of the dial to the other in a brief test, little or no hum. Lampworks. Plastic novelty. Approximate size in inches 24H, 5W, 6D. Detrola "Junior Pee Wee" model 216 tube type AM radio. Overall appearance is excellent. There are no cracks or chips on the black Bakelite case, needs only light dusting to be ready for display. One of the pix shows what appears to be paint splatter on the front, it is not, they are just reflections. Two of the spots, however, are very slight blemishes in the Bakelite. The color is black so they are not at all obvious, I didn't even see them until I took a second look after seeing the photo. The patterns you see on the top are just reflections from the backdrop because the case is so shiny. Back is very good. Dial is excellent. Little visible chassis rust. It appears to be all original with the resistance line cord still in very good condition. Even the filter looks to be original so it could be rebuilt to keep the radio original inside & out. No veneer chips or significant scratches. Grille cloth & wooden knobs are all original & in excellent condition. "Robot Dial" is excellent. Label is very good. Chassis is very clean, no visible rust. Fully restored, ready to play. New drive belts for robot tuning, new power transformer, filters & caps replaced, all tubes were checked & replaced if not very strong, eye tube is new.
