BMW RA 2013 Rally Registration

The BMW RA offers an event registration discount to all its members. If you want the member discount have your membership number handy during the on line registration process. Since this is a motorcycle rally, event registration is done on a per-vehicle basis for one or two people traveling together per registration form. Clicking on one of the forms listed below, will take you to that specific registration form for that situation. You will find various combinations for RA members and non-members traveling alone or together. If more than two people are traveling in a larger vehicle, use the appropriate registration form for your membership status and group, and select "other vehicle" on that form. Even if you're traveling in a car or RV, we'd still like to know about you, but NO additional vehicle information is needed for anything other than "BMW motorcycles" for awards data. You MUST complete all registration form lines NOT MARKED with an asterisk (the * lines are for rally awards) on the registration form(s) you complete. To add more people or other vehicles after your first form is added to your order, click "Rally Registration" in the upper left menu to return to this page and select again.
You might be a winner, and rest assured, your secrets are safe with the RA. During registration you will see lines marked with an asterisk (*). These are optional items we base the event's awards on. So, if you want a chance to win, take the extra time to complete these lines. And remember, the RA does not share any of the collected data with anyone -- period! It's all about having a fun event and who deserves some special recognition.
For our younger, up-and-coming riders we have a youth admission. Use this registration for rally goers from 10 through 16 years old. To take advantage of the youth admission, an adult traveling with a youth must register each youth individually. To be considered for 2-up awards, add the first and last name of the "adult rider" and select "passenger" on the youth registration form. Please note that each youth registration MUST have their responsible adult's first and last name entered regardless. And as always, children 9 and under may attend FREE with a registered adult.
Membership numbers will be collected on the registration form(s) and checked. If you are a member, but don't know your member number, (for primary members) it is on the address label of your OTL magazine -- top line, left corner, and also on your membership card. If you are an Associate member, you can locate your number on your BMW RA membership card. If you are a new member and have not yet received your membership card or your first OTL, enter "NEW" for your member number. If you have any problems locating your member number, email, call or write RA Headquarters.

Vendors
Every vendor and their workers MUST register for the rally to be admitted to the site. Rally registration IS NOT a vending space registration. Please use the registration forms listed above that apply to you and your workers to register for this event. Your rally admission entitles you to all the benefits of the event, including the unlimited Biltmore House and Winery tours, entertainment, seminars, door prizes and more. Every rally attendee, including vendors and their workers, MUST have a wrist band to enter the grounds.
