Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We use the United States Postal Service to ship orders from Alaska. Shipments usually take 3 to 5 days when sent via Priority Mail. Express Mail is a 2 day guaranteed service. That means that if we ship something via Express Mail on Tuesday, you get it on Thursday. If you live in a country currently experiencing a postal service shipping suspension, please check with us about arranging a FedEx shipment. We ship out back orders at our expense via Priority Mail.

We ship worldwide via either Express Mail International which takes 5 to 7 days, Priority Mail 10 to 14 days or First Class mail which can take up to a month. Unfortunately, International shipments have no delivery time guarantees and Customs offices can choose to hold packages with no reason so patience is a must! Again: If you live in a country currently experiencing a postal service shipping suspension, please check with us about arranging a FedEx shipment. Either email us at gethealthyagain@mac.com for a quote or, call us on our land line 001 907 235 5556 If a customer would like us to use FedEx instead of the USPS, you need to give us a call to arrange ahead of time.


Returns:

You do not need a return authorization number. Ideally, send back a copy of the invoice or at least some information to identify who the return is from. Send all returns to: Get Healthy Again, 3281 Kachemak Dr, Homer, AK 99603. Please send returns via USPS Priority Mail.

When unopened products (still in re sellable condition) are returned beyond the 90 day money back guarantee, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
